Standard (Non-Personalised) Products
Orders for non-personalised items can be cancelled anytime before the item has shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@lilchapters.com with your order number.

Personalised & Custom Products
Because our personalised magnets, tumblers, and custom pieces are made specifically for you, cancellation requests for these items can only be accepted before production begins. Once your custom order has been accepted and moved into production, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, as the item is made exclusively for your order and cannot be resold.

We recommend double-checking all personalisation details (photos, names, dates, text) carefully before confirming your order.
